A day with room in it

A shared morning need not start at the same hour for everybody. One person may head outside while another stays at the table with a second coffee. There are living and dining rooms for meeting again, bedrooms for a little privacy and outdoor space where a conversation can continue without filling the whole house. The pool, garden paths and sports areas offer easy ways to spend time together without having to plan an activity for every hour.

The best gatherings often have this loose shape. Some people swim; others watch from the side or read. Later, a long meal brings the group back together. Beyond the garden gate

The house can also be a starting point. The beach is around ten minutes away on foot according to our Pool House guide, and the wider Maresme gives a group choices for a few hours out: a walk by the sea, a round of golf or a wine tasting with a local operator. Some guests may choose an active day; others may prefer a slower visit to a nearby town. Each outing depends on the group's interests, the season and the operator's own programme. Choose the right base

For a larger family or circle of friends, the main house has bedrooms and several shared rooms under one roof. For a smaller group, the Pool House offers a different rhythm, with its own living spaces, covered porch and private garden. The pool and other estate facilities are part of the wider shared property; access and conditions are confirmed for each stay.
